We are confident that you will be happy with the quality of our products, and we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. However, if you are not satisfied, you can return the product(s) to us for a full refund, less any shipping charges.

Returns
Our policy lasts 15 days after receiving your package. If 15 days have gone by since your purchase, we may not be able to offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted. They include: Any item not in its original condition; any item that is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error; or any item that is more than 15 days after delivery🤍
JEWELRY Refund policy
We do allow returns for store credit on jewelry that is sent back to Miss RusticArrow providing that the jewelry is in the same condition as originally shipped. However, there are NO RETURNS for any sale/discount or code items. NO REFUNDS.
Store credit will be allowed within 10 business days of the customer receiving the item.
We are not responsible for normal wear and tear of jewelry after 30 days of the purchase date.
We do not accept returns of any earrings due to sanitary reasons.
